What we keep, why we keep it, and how to get it back.

What we collect
The first name and email address you type into a form on these pages, the answer you give to the one yes/no question, and the ad parameters in the link that brought you here. If you buy, Stripe takes the payment and hands us back your name, email and order status. We never see your card number or any other details.
Why we hold it
To send you the document you asked for, to send the emails that follow it, to deliver and support a purchase, and to know which of our own pages work. That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone who is not doing one of those jobs for us.
Who else touches it
Klaviyo sends the email. Stripe takes the payment. Meta, Google Analytics and Hotjar receive basic device, page and event data where consent allows it, so we can tell an ad that works from one that doesn't. Each of them holds it under their own terms.
Your choices
Every email we send unsubscribes in one click, and unsubscribing ends it — there is no second list. Write to us to see what we hold, correct it, restrict it, take it elsewhere, or have it deleted. Records of a purchase may be kept where tax, accounting or consumer law requires it, and only for that.
